Order Cancellation

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not left our packing desk. Use Track & Support or email fruits@appilythirtyone.com with your order number.

2. After dispatch

Once a shipment is handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery only where permitted by the courier and our Returns policy.

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within five to seven business days depending on your bank or wallet provider.
