Fruit Market Terms

1. Agreement scope

These Fruit Market Terms apply when you access Appily thirtyone and purchase fresh fruits across citrus groves, berry baskets, tropical harvests, stone fruit lanes, melon fields, apple and pear rows, and specialty corner selections through our website. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any checkout feature, you agree to the conditions below.

2. Seller details

This storefront is operated by APPILY THIRTYONE FRUIT TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED trading as Appily thirtyone. Registered office: Unit 31, Orchard Exchange Block, Fruit Lane Market, Pune, Maharashtra 411001.

3. Product listings

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and correspond to the pack weight or count shown on each product page.
• Photographs illustrate typical fruit appearance; natural variation in size, colour, sweetness, and ripeness may occur between harvests.
• Seasonal availability may change without notice when orchards finish a picking cycle.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires email verification. Purchasers must be at least eighteen years old, or have a guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Payment and confirmation

• An order is accepted once prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is confirmed on screen.
• Supported methods are UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) where serviceable.
• Any COD courier fee is shown before you submit checkout.

6. Perishable goods notice

Fresh fruit is perishable. Shelf life on arrival depends on harvest timing, transit duration, and storage conditions. We pack with ventilated chilled liners but cannot guarantee identical firmness for every variety after delivery.

7. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts near our Pune registration address have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from orders placed on this site.
